The rain that we had for Monday’s Water photo still hadn’t cleared up on Tuesday, which made capturing a sun flare for Day 6 impossible.  It’s now Thursday, and today’s the first day that I’ve seen any sunshine at all since Saturday, and it’s still mostly cloudy outside.

Since I didn’t want to skip the day entirely, I decided to do my best to create the effect of a sun flare using artificial light.  The only light that I’ve got available to me normally that is strong enough to create such an effect is in our living room, so for day 6, I present the disaster area that we call home.

Update: On day 10, I was finally able to take some real sun flare photos, so here’s the photo that should have appeared instead of the above for day 6.
