Whenever it’s possible, I try to involve my daughter in whatever photography project that I’m working on.  Our family tends to have pretty long weekdays, so there’s not a whole lot of time to spend together before the kids’ bedtime rolls around, so getting her involved in what I’m doing is a good way for us to spend some time together, but still allows me to do some of the things that I’d like to do.

For day 7, I put her back in front of the camera, instead of behind it with me.  The focus for the day was eyes, so I decided to do a slightly soft focus portrait of hers.
