On day 19, I finally received some new eyeglasses that I had ordered almost three weeks earlier.  My eyesight really isn’t that bad, and I often leave the house without my glasses on a somewhat regular basis, but I still like for things to be as crisp and as clear as possible, so I try to remember them as much as possible.

Either way, I’ve been wearing the same eyeglasses since 2007 (and using the same electric razor since 1999, but that’s a story for another photo), so it was time for a change.  The glasses I purchased were a whopping $10 (plus another $5 for delivery), but unlike other glasses I’ve ordered before, these seem to actually feel comfortable on my face.  I tested them out most of the evening, and it wasn’t until I was sitting at the computer editing some other photos that I decided to make them the subject of day 19′s close-up photo.  This photo was taken handheld using only the light from the computer screen.
